EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
We always aim to make sure you love our products, but if you need to return an order, we are happy to help.
- Returns/Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned without their returns tag, will not be accepted.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping.
- The items must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.
- Island Song cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.
- Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume or any other scent will not be accepted. Hence, please take care when trying on the garments.
- We do not accept any exchanges for items marked as FINAL SALE.
- We are unable to accept returns for Art pieces and ceramics.

Damaged Items:
We take great care in packaging our goods to prevent damage during shipping. However, if any damage occurs during transit, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at info.islandsong@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. - We do not accept any international returns / exchanges at the moment.
- Only authorized returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment.
